Free apps

Apps on the free/community plan should first try asking for help on Discord in the #nft-tools-help channel. If you haven't received a response in some time you can ping the @Moderators group to get our attention.

If you're still having difficulty, you can email us here. Please note that support requests from our paid customers take priority, and we cannot guarantee any SLA or response time. If you need uptime guarantees, dedicated support or integration help please contact us to discuss a custom solution.

Enterprise apps

Enterprise apps are eligible for direct support and integration help. Please contact your account manager who will connect you with an engineer.
