Free apps

Apps on the free/community plan should first try asking for help on in the #nft-tools-help channel. If you haven't received a response in some time you can ping the @Moderators group to get our attention.

If you're still having difficulty, you can email us . Please note that support requests from our paid customers take priority, and we cannot guarantee any SLA or response time. If you need uptime guarantees, dedicated support or integration help please contact us to discuss a custom solution.
